CHALLENGE
To create an elaborate yet elegant website that encompasses details but is not extraordinarily overwhelming for the user. The website needed to be informative and concise, enabling users to make an informed decision of booking an appointment through the website using WhatsApp.
SOLUTION
A custom design website that turned out to be unique in terms of look and feel and also with regards to the content and visuals. The website was designed from scratch keeping in mind the appeal of the business and also the end result – which is to garner more appointments using strategically placed CTA buttons.
APPROACH
Design
The website followed a simple visual theme – minimalism with the added advantage of strategically placed call to action buttons that enabled users to book an appointment at their earliest convenience. The balance between the clean design and the finer elements ensure excellent user experience and results for the business.
Development
The design phase was followed by the development phase wherein the best of our development resources were deployed to custom code the website from the ground up and deliver a fully functional website that is not just aesthetically pleasing but also functionally sound.
Amplification
WhatsApp Integration – Clicking on the call to action buttons would lead the user to a contact form on the website, following which the users could chat directly with the business on WhatsApp. This happened with seamless integration to ensure the loop is closed and the user takes action.
